Our restaurant offers a daily selection of delicious, freshly-made cakes, baked goods and breads – made by our talented students – for guests to buy.

These are hand-picked from Cakes & Bakes, our own bakery, pâtisserie and confectionery shop selling high quality products.

The shop, situated on the ground floor of our Summer Row campus, is open to the general public, students and staff.

It sells a variety of fresh breads, including craft breads and speciality loaves and rolls, buns, cakes, tarts and biscuits, chocolate bars and lollies, as well as ready meals, all produced by our trainee chefs and bakers under expert professional guidance.

Our range of products changes from day to day and seasonal goods are available in the run-up to special occasions such as Christmas and Easter.
